Verity Business Consulting was born from a deep commitment to helping small businesses flourish.🌱 In 2014, Leslie Major took a leap into ownership by transforming The Office Staff (a local bookkeeping business) into Verity, an innovative partner for business success. With a background that includes running a bakery🥐 in the Boise mall and scaling a former tax business to over 2,000 clients (no more tax return prep for us!), Leslie brings invaluable financial expertise and entrepreneurial know-how to Verity’s operations and our clients.
Starting out in a modest office with leaky windows and stacks of paper records🗂️, the early team brought vision and hard work to the challenges at hand. As Verity grew, so did our commitment to guiding businesses through digital transformation 📈 and an evolving business landscape.
Like our amazing clients, Verity continues to innovate and expand, now offering advanced support like CFO services and business valuation, as well as marketing and human resources help to meet the broader needs of our growing client base.
